EHH can anyone tell me where to get "Cloak of Darkness"

since its been so long since ive played here if some one could show me the ina and outs it would be most appreciated!

i havent seen the cloak anywhere besides the AH that is where i got it on my warlock but be prepared to pay lotz of gold cause that thing isnt cheap

to superstars: leatherworker pattern found in halloween town...forget who it drops off of but i believe its only a little ways past Dr Hide.

the cloak has alot of stamina so you'll live a good amount longer, and adds crit to your spell chance,
